It has competent staff from the front desk to chambermaids. The ambiance is quiet. The hotel is in the best possible and superior location next to a U-Bahn station. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Heuer am Karlsplatz with nice drinks.

Everything is second to none here, had a nice stay during a future visit. The breakfast is savoury, the room is new-fashioned with 2 bedrooms. They offer cleaning service and wake-up service, available.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife, had a such wonderful stay. The staff has always been pleasant and very courteous, and the facilities were good.
Although everything was second to none, some of the staff were not so helpful.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a living room, a couch, and a chair. The breakfast looked delicious and savoury, for all tastes, unfortunately I didn't have time and didn't try it. The location was fantastic, close to a museum and a cathedral. I appreciated sleeping 2 nights in this hotel.

This place is conveniently located right across from the U station, really nearby the opera house, and within walking distance of all the major sights. The staff here is at the top of hospitality, helped with any request, and was most helpful to recommend a dinner venue and make reservation. The rooms are soundproofed and have all the amenities you could want, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast is great and there's free Wi-Fi.
This venue worked well for my family.
